As an intern supporting our Software Engineering Customer Experience team youll gain hands-on experience working in a fast-paced technology operations environment that helps ensure critical systems devices and services are delivered and supported effectively across the organization.
Intern Program Details:
- Paid Internship
- Full time / 10 weeks
- Position will be based out of Colorado
- The internship program provides networking access to executives structured performance & coaching
- Experiential learning and training provided by exposure to subject matter experts.
Responsibilities:
- Assistwith software deployment and installation activities.
- Support hardware and equipment inventory management.
- Help analyze operational support metrics and performance trends.
- Help document and standardize installationand support processes.
- Develop reports and dashboards to improve visibility into operational performance.
- Identifyopportunities for automation and process improvement using AI and digital tools.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in Information Technology Computer Science Information Systems Business Technology or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data and creating reports or dashboards.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Curiosity for emerging technologies AI automation and process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and manage multiple priorities.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKessons pay philosophy and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
