What Youll Do:
As a Software Engineering Intern youll dive into Rubriks cutting-edge technologies and work on challenging technical projects across various product areas. Projects could include:

• Designing and implementing machine learning models to enhance core functionalities.
• Optimizing tools to improve workflows for Rubriks engineering teams.
• Developing robust new security features for Rubriks products.
• Conducting exploratory research on emerging technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Availability to work full-time starting January 11 2027 May 7 2027 at our headquarters in Palo Alto CA.
• Pursuing a BS MS or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Expected graduation date in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Proficiency in one or more industry-standard programming languages (e.g. Java Go Python C Objective-C JavaScript).
• Familiarity with fundamental computer science concepts such as algorithms data structures operating systems concurrency and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on software engineering experience through internships competitive coding challenges significant academic projects or research publications.
