The Performance EPM team is looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead highly cross-functional efforts delivering exceptional user experience across all Apple platforms. This position will require driving performance initiatives across various software and hardware focused features and engaging with engineering teams to evangelize best practices and pursue improvements. nnThis role requires an energetic and motivated individual with strong communication and organizational skills as well as an ability to influence a large cross-functional decisions. We are looking for someone to drive own and ship all aspects of large multi-functional efforts and feature areas. Partner with engineering teams throughout feature development from architecture design implementation and validation. Proactively identify prioritize and drive resolution to program issues. Present and communicate new feature initiatives top issues risks critical achievements to executive leadership. Own the roadmap priorities prioritization timelines for technologies. Help the team with ongoing improvements to the program management processes. Collaborate with Engineering Quality Operations and Marketing team.

5 years of program management experience in software and hardware developmentn5 years of experience shipping customer-facing software and hardware features from concept through deliverynStrong understanding of and experience in managing complex multi-functional software and hardware projectsnStrong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together
