Salary: $180000 $220000 Base Competitive Equity

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $350000 $600000 (Uncapped Performance Bonus)

• Design build and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting AI evaluation and experimentation
• Develop distributed systems APIs and human-in-the-loop platforms used for frontier AI development
• Build reliable backend services and modern frontend applications using TypeScript React and
• Develop infrastructure for large-scale distributed experiments using Kubernetes Kafka and cloud platforms
• Collaborate closely with research product and design teams to rapidly prototype and launch new capabilities
• Solve challenging scalability reliability and performance problems across the platform
• Participate in technical design discussions architecture reviews and code reviews
• Take ownership of projects from ideation through deployment and ongoing iteration

• 14 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with experience building production applications
• Experience developing modern web applications using React or similar technologies
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable systems
• Comfortable working across frontend backend infrastructure and cloud environments
• Demonstrated ownership of projects from design through production
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with Python Kubernetes Kafka Redis Elasticsearch AWS or GCP
• Startup experience or experience shipping products in fast-paced environments
• Interest in AI infrastructure LLMs distributed systems or developer platforms
• Experience building internal tools APIs or data platforms
• Strong product mindset with a bias toward execution
