Product engineers at Pave build the core workflows and experiences that power how companies plan execute and communicate all aspects of compensation. You will be contributing to projects and building features that are at the forefront of compensation intelligence. Youll work closely with Product and Design to ship features used daily by compensation teams managers and employees at companies like OpenAI Databricks and Atlassian. This team moves fast iterates based on direct customer feedback and owns their work end-to-end.

• 2 years of full-stack backend or frontend engineering experience ideally with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and including experience building data-intensive applications.
• Solid product instincts: you think about the customers problem first and use that to guide your technical approach
• Comfort working in ambiguity: you can take a rough problem statement and turn it into a shipped feature
• A collaborative style: you work well with PMs designers and other engineers and communicate clearly about tradeoffs
• Execution-driven mindset: you bias toward shipping and iterating over long design cycles
• Nice to have: experience at a B2B SaaS company especially during a period of rapid growth
