Software Engineer, Platform Engineering Remote

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with experience building products from scratch taking ownership and scaling systems in fast-growing startup environments. Youll develop internal tools backend services and workflows that support business operations products and AI-driven infrastructure.

• Build and scale full-stack applications using React and TypeScript.
• Own features end-to-end from architecture and development to production deployment.
• Develop reliable backend services APIs and performant frontend interfaces.
• Design and optimize databases data models and queries.
• Collaborate with product operations and design teams to deliver solutions.
• Improve platform reliability performance and developer experience.
• Make practical technical decisions that balance speed quality and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing systems.

• 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript React and .
• Experience helping build and scale products within high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to take products from concept to production.
• Regular use of AI coding tools such as Cursor Claude Code or similar.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs cloud platforms such as AWS and modern backend architectures.
• Ability to work independently navigate ambiguity and take ownership of deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on shipping high-quality solutions.

• Experience with NestJS CI/CD infrastructure as code or DevOps.
• Background in internal tools developer platforms or workflow automation.
• Exposure to AI-powered or data-intensive products.
• Experience improving architecture and engineering processes as a startup scales.
• Familiarity with monitoring observability and system reliability.
