Job Summary

We are seeking a Developer with strong experience in application support and DevOps practices. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing vendor-based applications building reliable solutions technologies and implementing modern CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work across development support and deployment processes. The role also requires a high level of self-management ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of SQL Server including queries stored procedures and performance tuning
Develop and maintain applications using C# Framework
Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with vendors to resolve defects performance issues and integration challenges
Build maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or Jenkins
Manage code deployments releases and environment configurations across Test UAT QA and Production
Ensure system stability reliability and performance of critical applications
Follow and enforce DevOps best practices including automation monitoring and logging
Participate in on-call or support rotation as needed
Develop and support API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and production support experience
