About the Job

We are looking to hire an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to join our growing Battlespace Awareness team. This role owns the CI/CD and integration test infrastructure that keeps our command and control (C2) software reliable as it scales and supports the observability stack dashboards metrics and data pipelines that gives engineers and customers visibility into system health. Youll maintain whats running in production today and help lead the teams migration to next-generation infrastructure tooling.

What Youll Do

Support integration test CI/CD infrastructure

• Maintain and improve the teams current CI/CD systems
• Help lead the teams infrastructure using: Terraform RKE2 ArgoCD alongside traditional DevOps work (build systems environment provisioning release engineering).

Support observability and data infrastructure

• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics for system and test observability.
• Support integration with the teams Data Lake for test and system performance data.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Compose in a production environment.
• Experienced in GitHub branch management and release management practices.
• Hands-on CI software testing experience especially with CircleCI.
• Experience with Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ArgoCD
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex) as part of your day-to-day workflow.
• Proficient in Python or another object-oriented language
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Helm Terraform RKE2 ArgoCD.
• Experience with Robot Framework testing.
• Familiarity with Data Lake architectures and tooling for metrics pipelines.
• Familiarity with MCAP data and Foxglove
• Familiarity with Rust C or C.
• Familiarity with team collaboration tooling such as Slack and Slackbot CI development

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
