Responsibilities & Job Duties (include but are not limited to)

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect robust solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Design develop and optimize high-quality software applications adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Enhance user interface aesthetics and functionality for our digital platforms ensuring optimal user engagement.
• Drive the evolution of our back-end systems and APIs which are foundational to our sophisticated ticketing infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers overseeing code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality efficiency and maintainability.
• Work in tandem with Quality Assurance to refine our offerings addressing bugs and performance bottlenecks swiftly.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements to infuse cutting-edge solutions into our products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related discipline complemented by industry experience.

• 3-6 years of demonstrated software engineering work experience.

• Proficient in advanced software development concepts algorithms and data structures.
• Mastery of object-oriented programming languages such as C#.
• Expertise in front-end technologies like HTML CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue) is expected.
• In-depth knowledge of server-side technologies and database management systems (e.g. SQL NoSQL MongoDB).
• Experience with Cloud Computing Services (e.g. Microsoft Azure AWS).
• Demonstrated problem-solving prowess and a track record of swiftly mastering new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with a proclivity for teamwork and collaborative environments.
• Prior experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) is essential.
• A passion for solving problems and eagerness to contribute meaningfully to the companys objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology stack (C# et al)
• Experience in PHP
• Experience in front-end technology stacks (Javascript React Svelte SCSS with experience in Tailwind Webpack et al)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS Cloud Computing Platform
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with Elastic
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in deployment automation and IaC (infrastructure as code)
• Familiarity with the event ticketing industry
