Software Engineer, Discovery UX

As a Software Engineer on the Discovery UX team youll build frontend features across discovery surfaces like Home and Search helping users find games theyll love and developers find their audience. Youll design build and measure your own features working with partners across Roblox. If youre data-driven and passionate about building a cohesive user experience youll be right at home on this team!

You Will:

• Design build and ship features that define the discovery journey for millions of users
• Drive UX improvements through rigorous A/B testing and deep-dive analysis of experiment results
• Collaborate with teams across Roblox to ensure a coherent user experience across Web and App

You Have:

• 13 years of industry experience building web or mobile applications using technologies such as React TypeScript and JavaScript
• A passion for understanding users and creating exceptional experiences for our community
• The flexibility to work across areas such as backend systems and data infrastructure when needed to achieve project goals
• An analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate edge cases and use data to understand the impact of your work
• Respect for your teammates and a commitment to fostering a collaborative inclusive environment
