Software Engineer

Teero is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Austin headquarters. If you ship fast build with AI and want to launch products shoulder-to-shoulder with the customers who use them we want to talk.

The $160B dental industry still runs on fax machines and phone tagwere fixing that. Were an AI-native company building the operating system for modern dental offices starting with staffing and expanding into revenue cycle management patient billing and beyond. Backed by Construct Capital with thousands of offices and hygienists using our platform monthly were growing fast across the countryand were just getting started.

Youll be among our first engineers in Austin embedded directly with our operations team and customers at our US headquarters. This isnt a remote satellite of an engineering orgyoull be the technical co-pilot for our product expansion building and iterating on new products in real time with the dental offices who use them.

Youll hear a customer problem in the morning and ship a fix by the afternoon. Youll sit next to the team selling and onboarding new products like revenue cycle management and patient billing and build the AI-powered tools that help dental offices grow their revenue faster. Youll launch entirely new products from zero with a feedback loop measured in hours not sprints. We have no product managers: youll shape what we build and how we build it working directly with our operations team founders and the Amsterdam engineering team.

We dont just use AIits how we build. Claude Code Codex Cursor and whatever comes next arent nice-to-haves theyre core to how we work. We expect our engineers to stay on the bleeding edge of AI-assisted development constantly adopting new tools and techniques that let a small team ship at a pace that shouldnt be possible.

• Collaborate daily with our Amsterdam engineering team while bringing a uniquely customer-close perspective

• Make technical and product decisions that directly impact business growth and customer experience

• Strong proficiency in full stack development and Reactthis shouldnt be your first engineering role but we care more about what you can build than years on a resume

• AI-native: youre already using Claude Code Codex Cursor or similar tools daily and youd feel slower without them

• You launch things. You have a track record of shipping products or features from idea to production not just contributing to existing codebases

• You thrive on proximity to customersyoud rather watch someone use your product and iterate on the spot than wait for a bug report

• Self-starter who sees problems and fixes them without waiting for permission
