Belay Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer to join our intel will act as a general-purpose CNO software engineer embedded in operations for up-and-coming projects. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle including design prototype development release deployment and maintenance of all tools developed by the addition to the above you will also be responsible modifying other teams tools and integrating products developed by other teams into our toolkit for mission-centric results. You will work closely with analysts operators and other software engineers to define new requirements and provide tactical support to operations. This includes quick reaction operationalsupport and the support in addition to the longer development lifecycle of more feature rich capabilities.

Salary Range: $70000 to $190000

Responsibilities:
- Augment existing tools
- Derive document and analyze requirements
- Build prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission requirements
- Produce end-to-end toolsets that can operate within mission constraints
- Provide technical consulting support across various software products and technologies advising customers on operational direction
- Take part in peer code reviews
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- 6 yrs. B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional place of B.S. or 4 yrs. M.S.
Candidates are required to have the following skills:
- Produce and modify software systems in C/C/Python with explicit experience in network programming
- Provide support for fielded software systems
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with users of differing technical knowledge including operators analysts and other developers to deliver finished products to the customer
- Reverse engineering experience
- Familiarity with Git and Subversion
- Atlassian Tools (Confluence/Jira/Bamboo)
- Experience with any of the following languages: Java JavaScriptBash Powershell Perl C# Rust
- Experience developing CNO specific software in Linux/Window/Embedded environments
- Experience with Vulnerability Research and Exploit Development
- Experience with Malware RE
- Solid understanding of cryptography
- Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations
