Job Summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group has an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineerin a team-based Agile environment located in VA!

Responsibilities:

Provide full software build to include front and back-end system and sub-system
Use Agile methodologies to include user stories and requirements backlog captured in an enterprise provided tool and managed in no more than 23-week sprints.
Responsible for the coordination of all activities required to complete each story.
Perform development activities in accordance with the customers regulations and policies to include but not limited to delivering work in increments during each sprint with regular demonstrations and feedback sessions to validate progress.
Apply knowledge of usability and accessibility standards user research and user-centered design principles to optimize application interface designs.
Perform development activities in accordance with the customers regulations regarding accessibility standards for Information Technology as codified by the Accessibility Standards and Accessibility Test Criteria.
Create update and maintain engineering and support documentation as approved by the customer for assigned projects and programs for the lifespan of all projects and services.
Monitor and take responsive actions on application and support environment level alarms and audit
Assess mission partner requirements identify dependencies gaps and develop responsive project plans approved by the customer.
Support other software development functions as required by the customer.

Required Qualifications:

Active security clearance with polygraph.
Bachelors degree in a related field.
