Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Lead the design development documentation and implementation of AI algorithms and models using industry-standard methods and tools.

• Evaluate and consider ethical implications and potential bias in AI model development and implementation.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support successful execution of engineering activities.

• Develop and maintain software using C C Python or other modern programming languages.

• Support and contribute to automated testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Google Test PyTest) to improve software quality and test efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software integration and development efforts.

• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate software development and testing processes.

• Maintain clear accurate documentation and communicate effectively across technical teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or a related technical field.

• Typically 5 years of related software engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience with C C Python or similar programming languages.

• Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and frameworks such as Google Test or PyTest.

• Strong communication collaboration and technical documentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-tech engineering environment.

• Must be able to work onsite in Cambridge MA.

• No relocation assistance available.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
