Core Qualifications

• Experience:Minimum 14 years of experience in high-complexity software contracts and programs.

• Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).

• Technical Proficiency:Mastery ofPython C or Cwith experience in multi-platform (Windows/UNIX) architecture.

• Leadership:Demonstrated experience leading software teams and mentoring junior developers.

Technical & Strategic Responsibilities

• System Architecture:Translate complex mission requirements into scalable software designs and technical roadmaps.

• Advanced Data Engineering:Expertise in handling massive datasets and optimizing performance for high-stakes environments.

• Quality Assurance Oversight:Lead the creation of global test plans and oversee the execution of rigorous QA procedures.

• DevOps Proficiency:Advanced skill in managing automated CI/CD environments usingDocker Ansible Jenkins and Bamboo.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity withElasticsearch.

• Front End development experience.

Superior problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering under tight resource constraints.

Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78000 to $250000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidates work location specific role skill set and level of expertise.
