AWS Customer Profiles (CP) is an always-on AI teammate that helps enterprises address any customers need before they ask enabling businesses to deliver exceptional experiences and better lifetime value at every touchpoint. CP uses AWS Entity Resolution another tier-1 service to perform matching and enrichment of data. Identity & Enrichment is the charter that takes ingested data and turns it into a trusted resolved entity worth acting on. As the leader of this charter you will be responsible for defining the vision priorities and leading a team of engineers to deliver on your vision.


Key job responsibilities
You need to be creative responsible and able to dive deep into emerging serverless AWS technologies. You will think about business opportunities operational issues architectural diagrams scalability security and the customer perspective in the course of a single conversation. You have a deep mastery of programming languages distributed microservices serverless computing and performance engineering. Someone who makes the team both productive and fun to work in. Excited to learn from others while bringing your own novel capabilities and perspectives. - 3 years of engineering team management experience
- 7 years of engineering experience
- 8 years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- 1 years of providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle experience
- 1 years of developing large-scale multi-tiered distributed software systems using Java C# or C experience
- 1 years of developing large-scale multi-tiered distributed software systems using service-oriented architecture experience
- 1 years of developing large-scale multi-tiered distributed software systems using distributed programming experience
- 5 years of Software Engineer Software Developer or related occupational experience
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing certification and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams

- Experience in communicating with users other technical teams and senior leadership to collect requirements describe software product features technical designs and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting hiring mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
