• Coordinate day-to-day software development data and technology project work.
• Manage priorities timelines dependencies deliverables and deadlines across a portfolio of enterprise technology projects.
• Coordinate software builds data warehouse initiatives dashboards system integrations and reporting.
• Receive clarify prioritize track and coordinate data and reporting requests from programs and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable project plans.
• Maintain development standards code review practices testing expectations documentation and release processes.
• Track project progress identify risks and blockers and provide clear status updates.
• Support enterprise applications integrations and analytics used across more than 100 programs.
• Help ensure software development and data-handling practices comply with HIPAA and applicable privacy and security requirements.

• Three or more years of experience in software development technical project coordination IT project management or a related role.
• Experience supporting or coordinating projects in an enterprise technology environment.
• Experience managing data analytics or reporting requests from business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of modern programming languages such as Java JavaScript/TypeScript SQL or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure and with data reporting or business-intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with version control code review testing release management and standard project-management tools.
• Ability to balance multiple projects priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
