The Digital Modernization Division at ICF is a rapidly growing technology-driven team delivering strategic IT and consulting solutions to public and private sector clients.

As part of this team youll help transform how organizations operate in a digital-first worldbuilding scalable secure and human-centered platforms that matter. Youll design and build scalable applications that power everything from public health platforms to defense systems using modern cloud and DevOps practices. Youll collaborate with a tight-knit team of developers QA engineers and analysts while exploring cutting-edge tools like AI-assisted development and automation workflows. Your work will include everything from sprint planning to secure cloud deployments giving you hands-on experience with the full software lifecycle. Along the way youll have opportunities for mentorship leadership growth and rotation across high-impact projects.

This is an entry-level full-time position that may work from any U.S. location.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with others to define and implement optimal complete solutions based on stakeholder needs.
• Help build back-end and front-end web-based software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational eiciency.
• Work with databases within an application area working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
• Apply and generate best practices in multiple technical domains using various technology products and services.

Minimum qualifications:

• By start date a completed Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or other related scientific or technical discipline
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements

Preferred qualifications:

• Masters DegreeExperience with programming languages and platforms such as Java JavaScript TypeScript Go Python React and Angular
• Experience with SQL
