Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain websites web applications and e-learning solutions using Joomla HTML CSS and related web technologies.
• Develop and support Web-Based Training (WBTs) online learning courses and interactive training content for mission and enterprise customers.
• Create and integrate multimedia content using Adobe Captivate After Effects Illustrator InDesign Photoshop Bridge and PDF technologies.
• Customize and enhance Joomla-based sites to improve functionality user experience accessibility and performance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers content developers and stakeholders to transform requirements into engaging digital learning products.
• Troubleshoot test and maintain web and training applications to ensure reliability usability and compliance with customer standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation design standards and best practices for web and e-learning solutions.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Experience working in a training environment or supporting one
• Experience developing and maintaining Joomla-based websites and web applications.
• Experience developing Web-Based Training (WBTs) online training courses websites or other e-learning solutions.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator InDesign Photoshop Bridge and PDF technologies.
• Experience using Dreamweaver HTML and CSS to develop and maintain web content and applications.
• Experience developing multimedia and interactive content using Adobe Captivate and After Effects.

Desired:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Instructional Technology Graphic Design Multimedia Development or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant course development.
• Experience with JavaScript or other modern web development frameworks.
• Understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements and usability best practices.
• Experience developing responsive and mobile-friendly training solutions.

Basic Compensation:

$176000 to $215100

This range is for the VA area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus relocation benefits short term incentives long term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
