Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Developer to join our development team. datacenterHawk empowers people to make better data center real estate decisions by providing the most acruate and useful data center real estate information to the market.
As Software Developer youll be responsible for helping us iterate our marketing site custom built web based platform and addition the Senior Software Developer will help us build great solutions and push the envelope technically on how we solve customer problems.
Job Summary:
The Software Developer is responsible for designing developing and supporting software applications.The Software Developer is full stack position that requires expertise in Java Spring Framework Hibernate as well has proficiency in other programing languages. This role requires the ability to understand business requirements design and build software and test and implement programs. The developer will collaborate with teammates to achieve sprint and company objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide estimates for business problems and design solutions to them
- Plan architect build and implement complete features with the team
- Work closely with other team members during sprint to achieve key objectives and deliverables
- Partner with other developers to improve code quality through code reviews
- Be proactive in solving problems and comfortable in moving quickly
Additional Responsibilities:

- Ability to work full time in Dallas TX office

- Recent experience with Agile (Scrum) project methodologies
- Experience in software design skills to produce scalable/extensible/reusable designs that are and meet architectural objectives
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in our Dallas TX office full-time
- To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the technical knowledge skills and/or abilities required.
- At least 3-5years of hands-on experience with a combination of the following technologies:
- Programing Languages: Java JavaScript HTML CSS SQL
- Libraries & Frameworks: Spring (Java) Hibernate (Java) ArcGIS (optional but highly recommended) VueJS (optional but highly recommended)
- Servers: MySQL Tomcat Apache
- SCM: Git/Github
- At least 3-5years of hands-on experience with a combination of the following technologies:
