RiVidium Inc. is seeking aFull Stack Software Developerto develop create maintain and write/code new (or modifies existing) computer applications software or specialized utility programs.

Tasks:

• Automatethe Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to the fullest extent.
• Developcustom tools and dashboards including executive data visualizations in Tableau to support and enhance system continuous monitoring efforts.
• Leadintermediate-level developers to success.
• Actas a customer-facing representative engaging with key stakeholders.
• Serveas a Frontend Designer to develop and design application interfaces using HTML CSS JavaScript and React.
• Write develop and deployrobust code across the full stack utilizing languages such as Python.
• Develop integrate and maintaindatabases to support backend application requirements.
• Communicateeffectively with all levels of personnel both technical and non-technical.
• Analyzeinformation to determine recommend and plan the development of a new application or modification of an existing application.
• Analyzeuser needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Applycoding and testing standards apply security testing tools including fuzzing static-analysis code scanning tools and conduct code reviews.
• Applysecure code documentation.
• Capturesecurity controls used during the requirements phase to integrate security within the process to identify key security objectives and to maximize software security while minimizing disruption to plans and schedules.
• Compileand write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.
• Conferwith systems analysts engineers programmers and others to design application and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities performance requirements and interfaces.
• Consultwith engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software.
• Correcterrors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that desired results are produced.
• Design develop and modifysoftware systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
• Developsecure code and error handling.
• Evaluatefactors such as reporting formats required cost constraints and need for security restrictions to determine hardware configuration.
• Identifybasic common coding flaws at a high level.

• Abilityto demonstrate a deep knowledge of software development and showcase a high level of understanding.
• Abilityto design and develop continuous monitoring tools and dashboards analyzing and visualizing complex data using Tableau and other technologies.
• Abilityto operate effectively as a Full Stack Developer using Python HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Abilityto build interactive user interfaces using React and design robust database structures.
• Abilityto understand and apply the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Abilityto tailor code analysis for application-specific concerns.
• Abilityto use and understand complex mathematical concepts (e.g. discrete math).
• Abilityto develop secure software according to secure software deployment methodologies tools and practices.
• Abilityto apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality integrity availability authentication non-repudiation).
• Abilityto identify critical infrastructure systems with information communication technology that were designed without system security considerations.

Requirements:

• Mustpossess established Risk Management Framework (RMF) knowledge upon hire.
• Demonstratedexperience with Python HTML CSS JavaScript and React.
• Demonstratedexperience working with databases building visualizations in Tableau and developing tools for continuous monitoring.
• Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• Prefer an accredited Computer Science Cyber Security Information Technology Software Engineering Information Systems or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field.

Certifications: IAT Level 3 or Engineering Degree

Active TS/SCI clearance required with the ability to get a CI Poly
