Tapestry Solutions a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Software Application Test Lead working full-time on-site at Scott Air Force Base. In this position you be responsible for software testing service completion and decisions at the program level. You will join an agile cross-functional team that supports your skill development and successful software delivery. Position Responsibilities:

• Verification & validation of software via automated & manual functional & non-functional testing
• Test case configuration creation maintenance and execution
• Defect reporting triage and confirmation
• Test cycle planning monitoring and reporting for software releases
• Internal and external stakeholder communication of software and testing status
• Lead adoption of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. training tools processes)
• Mentorship training and support of mid-level & entry-level testers
• Program test strategy & architecture

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors Degree
• Active U.S. Secret Clearance or higher
• 5 years of software testing experience
• 3 Automated testing & scripting experience
• 3 Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science and 5 years of related work experience OR Bachelors Degree and 9 years of directly related work experience OR 13 years of related relevant experience
• 10 years of software testing experience
• 5 Automated testing & scripting experience
• 5 Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience
• Completed STEM Bachelors Degree or higher
• Software development and DevOps experience
• Technical writing experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
