Were launching a 6âMonth Software Acceleration Program designed to identify develop and evaluate highâpotential talent for our Software Account Management (SAM) team. This is your chance to transition from prospecting to really closing roles. It is designed to prepare and evaluate talent for placement into our Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR roles.

This is a role with full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months:

• Top performers will advance directly into a Software Account Representative (SAR) role
• Exceptional performers may be considered for Senior Software Account Representative (Sr SAR) placement
• Those who do not meet performance expectations may conclude participation at the end of the program

What Youll Do

In this role youll work in a high energy outbound sales environment built to demonstrate your existing outbound selling skills while accelerating your ability to advance deals influence buying decisions and drive SaaS revenue.

• Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities
• Deliver compelling value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects
• Execute structured call email and LinkedIn engagement strategies
• Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics
• Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching training and hands-on platform experience
• Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework

• 12 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required)
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone email and social channels.
• Ability to manage high volume handle objections and build pipeline.
• Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role
• Comfort working within structured goals metrics and performance expectations
• A growth mindset and strong coachability
• Willingness and ability to meet clients face-to-face as you grow your network and unleash sales success
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses as needed
