Youll step into an outpatient role focused on leading dementia respite groups and cognitive-based Brain Joggers programs. Youll meet with prospective participants guide structured sessions and keep documentation accurate and compliant all with full team support and no on-call responsibilities.

Salary range: $60000 $75000
