Do you want join us in these pursuits Join us to help deliver the next groundbreaking Apple product! nnAs a Silicon Program Manager within the Hardware Technology Engineering organization you will be responsible for driving front-end silicon program schedules and resolving technical issues that enable on-time silicon. This is an individual contributor role helping manage the development process for SOC silicon used in next-generation Apple products. The focus of this role is on the initial phases of architecture specifications design and pre-silicon prototyping to initial samples. Interaction and coordination with post-silicon validation teams is also encouraged.

- Work on a Program Management team orchestrating technical issue resolution to enable on-time silicon to meet daring product schedules of groundbreaking siliconnn- Drive internal program process to guarantee high-quality silicon definition and design executionnn- Support high-level milestone execution in a fast-paced design teamnn- Interface and drive silicon issues within multi-functional teams: Design Verification Validation Technology System Hardware and Core Softwarenn- Focus design teams on meeting near-term achievements and unblocking technical issues by pulling together the right technical specialists to resolve the issues with data driven decision-makingnn- Run dependencies across various programs functional teams and sitesnn- Coordination and management with other organizations (Systems SW Ops)nn- Attend and drive technical sessions with suppliers/design partners to supervise and follow-up issues and customer concernsnn- Focused issue reporting bug tracking and communication of program risks u0026 status

BS minimum of 3 years of relevant experiencenRequires experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design ASIC Chip Design or Technology process developmentnExperience working in a multifaceted engineering environment strong at multi-tasking and real-time crisis management

Technical Program or Project Management or Functional Management experiencenPhenomenal leadership and interpersonal skills (Executive communication)nExpertise owning and driving project development using well-defined metricsnExperience working with ASIC u0026 VLSI design flows and leading silicon projects from concept to productionnProgramming language experience (Javascript Python Perl)nFamiliarity with project management tools (Confluence JIRA)
