Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

About the Role
Were looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to join our team in this role you will help monitor security systems respond to alarms and incidents and support our clients by keeping their people and property safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems alarms cameras and related tools from the SOC.
• Assess and triage incoming alerts and events according to established procedures.
• Document incidents clearly and accurately in reporting systems.
• Communicate with field officers supervisors and client contacts as needed.
• Escalate issues following defined protocols when risk or impact is elevated.
• Follow Securitas values of vigilance integrity and helpfulness in all activities.

Qualifications

• Prior security dispatch or SOC experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during routine monitoring.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with multiple applications at once.
• Ability to work the fixed schedule: MondayFriday 14:0022:00.
