Partner with business stakeholders architects and platform teams to deliver highly intuitive scalable and AI-assisted enterprise applications.

Design and develop responsive user-centric applications using ServiceNow UI Builder.
Create and configure custom pages workspaces dashboards and employee experiences within Next Experience.
Build reusable UI components and page templates to accelerate application delivery.
Configure client-side interactions data resources and component bindings.
Develop role-based personalized user experiences.
Optimize page performance accessibility and usability standards across devices.
Implement enterprise-grade navigation branding and workspace experiences.
AI-Assisted Solution Development
Leverage ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities to build AI-enhanced experiences.
Configure:
o AI-generated summaries
o Case summarization
o Knowledge recommendations
o Intelligent task suggestions
o AI-assisted search experiences
Utilize Generative AI capabilities to improve self-service and agent productivity.
Design conversational AI solutions using Virtual Agent and AI-powered chat interfaces.
Implement contextual grounding for AI responses using enterprise knowledge sources
