SMT OperatorAssembler

As anSMT Operator PCB Assembly Electronic Assembly Medical Device Assembly Mechanical Assembly and electromechanical assembly you will:

• Assemble wire and test electromechanical devices according to specifications.
• Interpret and follow blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
• Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble components.
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues in assembled products.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies.

Schedule:Monday - Friday

1st shift - 6am- 2:30pm

2nd shift - 2:30pm - 11pm

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as an assembler or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Some experience with soldering and crimping techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent hand dexterity
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Comfortable working with small and delicate materials
• Ability to follow written instructions provided by the manufacturer to build the final product

Pay Rate:$23.00- $26.40 per hour
