Responsibilities:

• Analyzes business processes stakeholder requirements operational data and mission needs to support the development and sustainment of ANG CDAO data products business intelligence solutions and enterprise applications
• Works directly with Government stakeholders to define requirements validate business rules develop acceptance criteria and ensure delivered solutions align with operational objectives
• Performs data analysis report validation testing user acceptance support trend analysis and performance assessment to improve decision-making and mission effectiveness
• Develops training materials user guides documentation and instructional content while providing stakeholder support and knowledge transfer activities for CDAO systems and capabilities
• Supports Business Intelligence Products Power Platform Development and Stakeholder Support AI/Analytics and Training by translating operational requirements into actionable technical solutions and measurable outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science Engineering or related field
• 15 years of experience supporting the development and sustainment of data products business intelligence solutions and enterprise applications
• Analyze science engineering business and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems
• Analyze user requirements procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities workflow and scheduling limitations
• May analyze or recommend commercially available software
• Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
• Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
• Has domain and expert technical knowledge
• Directs and controls activities for a client having overall responsibility for financial management methods and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met
  • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management
  • Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation
• May supervise others
• Security certification
• An Active Security clearance is required
