Responsibilities:
Evaluate speech language cognitive communication and swallowing needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
Provide therapy and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support treatment goals.
Document evaluations treatment and outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited speech-language pathology program.
Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
Strong evaluation treatment planning and documentation skills.
Commitment to collaborative patient-centered care.
