Were looking for someone who:
Shows up on time and does what they say theyll do

Can troubleshoot problem-solve and work independently
Provides excellent customer service
Communicates professionally with customers tenants and property managers
Keeps their work clean and stands behind the finished product
Wants to learn grow and be part of building something big

You do not need to be an expert in every trade but you should be experienced capable dependable and willing to learn. Experience in general construction handyman work remodeling electrical plumbing drywall painting flooring carpentry or similar trades is a plus.
