Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and experienced Skilled Construction Laborers to join a growing company specializing in new residential construction.
The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in framing flooring installation carpentry or other skilled construction trades. We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in quality workmanship work well with a team and can keep up in a fast-paced construction environment.
Assist with framing flooring installation carpentry and general construction tasks.
Measure cut and install building materials accurately.
Read and follow measurements instructions and basic construction plans.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist with building and assembling structures for new residential construction.
Perform demolition material handling and job site preparation as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work alongside construction crews to complete projects on schedule.
Follow all workplace safety procedures.
Previous hands-on construction experience required.
Experience in at least one of the following areas: framing flooring carpentry or residential construction.
Ability to use common hand tools and power tools.
Basic knowledge of construction measurements and building materials.
Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Strong work ethic dependability and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working on new residential builds.
Experience installing flooring framing walls or performing finish carpentry.
Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings.
Experience working with a residential construction crew.

Required Skills:
Previous manufacturing production construction lumber yard or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift carry and move heavy lumber materials throughout the shift Ability to stand bend twist and perform repetitive physical tasks Comfortable working in a production or industrial environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Must be able to pass any required pre-employment screenings
