Job Summary :
Ski School Support Staff employees work in afunhigh paced indoor/outdoor environment supporting all functions of ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction. The role has high guest interaction supporting childrens programming rental operations guest check-in/out lesson scanning and lesson area lift operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Daily reservation and sales processing on our resort operating systems.
Daily set up and teardown ofindoor facilities including work areas with an emphasison attention todetail to present an area that is clean orderly welcoming and conducive tooperatingefficiently.
Understanding of and compliance withstatedpolicies/procedures relevant to health code compliance for facility cleanliness includingcommon areas toys equipment etc.
Ability to keep andmaintaina clean and orderly facility that accommodates daily high-volume guest flow.
Working with small children tofacilitateappropriate gamesand activities in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Adhere to strict corporate policyregardingwearing a snow sports specific helmet while skiing/riding orassistinglessons in uniform.
Understand leadand modelsafetystandards within the department for yourself and others; contribute to our culture of Health and Safety to meet Zero Workmans Comp safetygoal.
Perform other duties as assigned bytheSupervisor.

Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalentpreferred
Experience in afast-paced service-based environment
Fluent in all aspects of English language
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Strong communicationskills with a wide variety of guests and employees
Strong computer skills typinganddata entrypreferred
Early childhood care experiencepreferred
Ski or snowboarding experience toassistlessons as necessarypreferred
Successfully passthebackground checkrequired
The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $$23.00hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
