Site Manager Major Industrial Projects

Are you ready to take the helm of large-scale industrial projects and make a lasting impact As Site Manager youll be the driving force behind all construction activities on-site ensuring safety quality and excellence in execution. This is a leadership role where your expertise will shape the success of complex multidisciplinary projects in collaboration with the Project Manager and a world-class team.

Youll represent Hatch on-site building strong relationships with clients local authorities contractors and partnerswhile leading a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead with Purpose: Oversee all on-site functions including health & safety quality assurance construction supervision field engineering project controls contract administration and materials management.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day site operations facilities and services to keep projects on track.
• Be the Face of Hatch: Maintain strong client relationships and foster trust with local communities.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all applicable codes standards and regulations.
• Champion Safety & Quality: Set the tone for a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Lead Meetings & Communication: Chair contractor kick-offs progress reviews and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Develop Talent: Build and mentor a capable site team ensuring performance and accountability.
• What You Bring
• A degree in engineering or equivalent experience with 1520 years in managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Proven leadership in remote or challenging environments with a strong focus on health safety and environment.
• Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in planning organization and contract management with sharp business acumen.
• Ability to build trust with clients and communities and manage industrial relations effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) processes and project interfaces.
• Mobility to work at remote sites on a rotation basis.
• Postgraduate studies in project or construction management are an asset.
