Support teams with workflow improvements and process simplification initiatives. Learn how to identify inefficiencies document processes and drive practical changes that improve team effectiveness. - Assist with workflow analysis and process documentation across Aftermarket functions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or improve existing processes and tools.
- Support development of standardized documentation and communication tools.
- Gather and analyze data to understand where processes can be streamlined.
- Collaborate with team members across different functions to understand current workflows.
- Participate in meetings to collect information and verify process details.
- Create visual process maps or workflow documentation to support improvement efforts.
- Propose recommendations for process changes based on analysis and team input.
- All other duties or projects as assigned.
- Student working towards a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Systems Engineering Information Systems Finance Accounting or related field throughout the entire duration of the internship.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Willing to work in Oshkosh WI or Michigan location (specific placement depends on team assignment).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills or experience with data analysis.
- Familiarity with process improvement approaches such as Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams or group projects.
- Interest in understanding how workflows and systems can be made more efficient.
- Comfort with tools like Excel process mapping software (e.g. Visio) Power BI or project management platforms.
- Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions.
- Eagerness to learn and drive results through collaboration.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
