• Perform repairs and service on exterior siding and gutter systems
  
  
• Apply finishing materials such as caulk to seal gaps and ensure weatherproofing
  
  
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding services performed and products used
  
  
• Maintain and care for company vehicle keeping it safe clean and operational
  
  
• Collaborate with team members and uphold Window Worlds quality standards
  
  

• Previous verifiable experience in siding installation or repair REQUIRED
• Proficient using a brake
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to work outdoors year-round and in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using ladders and working at heights including on roofs
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Customer-focused attitude with solid communication skills
