Showroom Coordinator

Dan Cummins CDJR of Paris is growing and were looking for a friendly dependable people-focused team member to join us as a Showroom Coordinator!

If youre someone who loves interacting with people enjoys keeping things organized and takes pride in making a great first impression this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As our Showroom Coordinator youll be one of the first faces our customers see and an important part of creating an exceptional dealership experience.

MondayFriday 7:30 AM4:30 PM

• Welcome customers and guests with a warm professional attitude

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department

• Help create a positive welcoming showroom environment

• Assist the sales team with customer-service and administrative needs

• Help coordinate appointments and customer visits

• Answer basic customer questions and make sure they get connected with the right person

• Maintain an organized and professional reception/showroom area

• Assist with general office and administrative tasks

• Document imaging

• Provide the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back

Previous experience in customer service reception administration or the automotive industry is a plus but were willing to train the right person!
