Our team designs and manufactures custom equipment specialized attachments and complex hydraulic electrical and mechanical systems that solve real-world challenges for customers across multiple industries. From concept through manufacturing youll work alongside experienced engineers welders fabricators and technicians to create equipment that simply doesnt exist anywhere else.

This position is Monday - Thursday 10 hr shifts.

Every day brings a different challenge. Youll help design build troubleshoot and improve custom equipment from the ground up.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and assemble hydraulic electrical and mechanical systems for custom equipment.
• Build and modify machinery to meet customer specifications.
• Diagnose and repair equipment using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Test adjust and validate new and rebuilt equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Develop hydraulic and electrical circuits for new products and existing equipment.
• Research and source components for product development and repairs.
• Utilize CAT Service Information Systems (SIS) and other technical resources to diagnose issues and identify solutions.
• Create assembly procedures testing protocols schematics and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers fabrication teams and manufacturing to develop efficient solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to fellow technicians.
• Maintain a clean safe work environment while following OSHA and MSHA safety standards.
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing technical training.

Ideal candidates have experience with:

• Hydraulic systems
• Electrical systems and wiring
• Mechanical assembly and repair
• Reading schematics and technical drawings
• Diagnostic software and troubleshooting
• Hand and pneumatic tools

Experience with heavy equipment agricultural equipment construction equipment manufacturing or custom fabrication is highly valued.
