Volt is immediately hiring for Shop Helper in Fresno CA.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Helper to support daily warehouse and fabrication operations in Fresno CA. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious mechanically inclined and willing to assist in a variety of production and shop functions.

• Assist with daily shop and warehouse operations.
• Support fabrication activities involving conveyor belts and lacing.
• Operate forklifts to move materials products and equipment throughout the facility.
• Load unload and organize inventory and materials.
• Prepare materials for production and fabrication processes.
• Assist production and shop personnel with project-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform general labor and support duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience in the conveyor belt industry is a plus.
• Basic fabrication experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift carry and move materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment.

This is a full-time/Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

Shift: Day

Pay Rate: $16.90/hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
