Job Summary
Position Summary
The Building People LLC seeks a Central Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage receiving shipping and purchase-cost analysis functions supporting the AFRL Materials and Manufacturing Directorate (RX).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Central Shipping and Receiving operations including inbound and outbound shipments and package security.
- Perform purchase request cost analysis verifying costs using RSMeans.
- Coordinate with the COR and Contract Manager on procurement approvals and cost
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience managing and overseeing Central Shipping and Receiving operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in purchase request cost analysis including verifying costs in RSMeans.
Certifications & Screening
- Ability to obtain a favorable NACI or Tier 1 background investigation and CAC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift operator certification.
