Shift Supervisor

Thirteen Bar & Restaurant located in Verona WI is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Shift Supervisor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience
• Lead support and coach team members throughout each shift
• Maintain high standards of food quality cleanliness and service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
• Oversee opening and closing procedures including setup and breakdown
• Manage staff coverage break rotations and workflow during shifts
• Step in during peak periods to support operations and maintain service flow
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Handle cash management including register oversight and balancing
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and operational updates
