Shift Lead (Management) Leading to Assistant GM and possible GM.
Marcos Pizza is interviewing now!! - we are seeking Shift Leaders ( Management level ) This position supervises the entire crew and all work stations in the day-to-day operations of a Marcos Pizza store on either day or night shifts.
This position leads to Assistant Manager and then General Manager for the right candidates.
Only applicants with resumes submitted will be considered.
We are looking for Multiple Future Managers as we Have four existing Marcos Pizza in the area and are looking for our 6th in the area maybe more after that!
The future is bright for our brand. Even during the pandemic we have had record-high sales and continue to open new stores at a fast pace.
Part of your workweek is Closing the store ( on some nights ) and is a requirement after training. It means you do some of the closing work to allow the store to finish for the day. We close at 11 pm Sun-Thur and 12 pm Friday-Saturday.
You dont have to have prior Fast Food experience. Its useful but not necessary. We teach you all our Marcos Pizza system. We are more interested in you as a person and what your potential may be.
The Franchisee started as a Delivery Driver and now is the owner of multiple stores and planning many more. If you come to join our team and your goal might be to own your own Franchise one day we will help you. Its a Win-Win.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too.
- Product Service and Image fall under the Shift Leaders the cornerstones of Marcos. We are looking for FUTURE MANAGERS and we are willing to train you if you have what it takes. We are opening a lot of stores and are looking at Shift Leads to become General Managers. They are very well paid and have various incentives in place.
- We need multiple Shift Leads for our High volume stores.
The position will give you the Management experience you will need not only with us but with any employer you ever work for in the future. We have lots of opportunity for growth for those that want it and work hard for it.
