The Tides Seafood Market & Provisions is an award-winning Safety Harbor favorite and were looking for a high-energy Shift Lead to help run the floor support the kitchen and set the tone for an outstanding guest experience every shift.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support front-of-house teams during service keeping the energy up and the floor running smoothly
  
• Step in and support back-of-house when needed to keep tickets moving and quality consistent
  
• Deliver warm memorable hospitality and handle guest concerns with professionalism
  
• Coach motivate and set the example for team members
  
• Help manage openings closings side work and shift communication
  
• Partner with management on day-to-day operations and team development
  

What Were Looking For

• Prior supervisor or shift lead experience in front-of-house
  
• Some back-of-house experience (line prep or expo)
  
• A genuine love for hospitality and taking care of people
  
• High energy positive attitude and a team-first mindset
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm during a rush
  
• A drive to grow and advance your career
  
• Availability for nights weekends and holidays
