Who you are:

• Natural Leader Someone who can motivate a team to work as a cohesive unit!
• Problem Solver The ability to solve problems quickly and manage conflict effectively.
• Organized Pro A proven track record of operational organization and attention to detail.
• Coffee Expert Proficient in all Barista responsibilities with at least 1 year of industry experience.
• Reliable & Committed Punctual coachable and ready to work at least 20 hours per week!

What youll do:

• Lead the Shift: Oversee operations delegate tasks and adjust staffing to keep the workflow smooth.
• Coach & Train: Actively mentor Baristas providing on-the-spot feedback and assisting in the training of new hires for success.
• Ensure Quality: Uphold MOKA standards for beverage quality and customer service on every single order.
• Manage Inventory: Assist with inventory counts and ordering to ensure we never run low on the good stuff.
• Stay Accountable: Complete accurate shift reports and maintain a clean safe and inviting shop for everyone.

What to expect:

• Leadership Responsibility You will report directly to the Assistant and General Managers to drive store success.
• Fast-Paced Environment A high-energy role where youll be standing moving and multi-tasking.
