Shift Leader

The Shift Leader is the entry point into Southside Markets management team. This role is responsible for leading hourly team members during assigned shifts ensuring outstanding hospitality executing operational standards and delivering a clean organized and guest-ready restaurant.

Shift Leaders are expected to lead from the floor coach team members in real time and execute company standards with consistency. While they assist managers with financial controls food quality labor execution inventory and administrative responsibilities they do not own the restaurants financial results or department performance.

The primary responsibility of the Shift Leader is to execute exceptional shifts and consistently deliver excellent closing procedures that leave the restaurant fully prepared for the next day.
