Shift Lead:

Have a strong passion for kids and retail We are hiring! We are seeking to hire energetic and service oriented candidates for the positions of Shift Lead.

As a Shift Lead you will be working with Sales Associates to provide direction and be responsible for ensuring multiple store operations including store opening/closing sales promotions staffing and floor organization. The Shift Lead will serve as a backup on duties such as buying and selling childrens clothing toys shoes strollers cribs and accessories all while providing friendly customer service. Additional duties include inventory tagging stocking organizing and maintaining the sales floor. All candidates must have the ability to apply their knowledge of childrens products to help the store buy gently-used merchandise and promote these items on the sales floor. All applicants must have open availability and be able to work evenings weekends and holidays.

Shift Lead Requirements:
Ability to lead and manage the performance of Sales Associates.
Analyze sales data to plan product and sales promotions and merchandising.
Ability to market using social media.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends and cover employee absences.
High school diploma required college preferred.
