Store Manager positions are available in the Cincinnati area for our GOCO Shell convenience stores!

As a Store Manager at one of our convenience stores you will be responsible for the following:

• Quality Customer Service
• Store Image & Appearance
• Employee Development and Adequate Staffing
• Shortage & Loss Control
• Merchandising & Promotions

Successful Store Managers must possess effective time management skills an understanding of priorities and must conduct business in a professional manner- while being a role model for store employees.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays
• Proven organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally up to 50lbs.)
• Proven reliability and high personal integrity
• Retail management experience
• Experience in convenience store management is preferred
