Sheet Metal Production Mechanic III

DPP is seeking a Sheet Metal Production Mechanic III for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing industry.

Work location: Onsite in Lake Charles LA
Duration: 12 months
Shift: Must be able to work Mon-Thurs 6:00AM-4:42PM or Mon-Thurs 4:00PM-2:42AM
Work authorization: US Citizen

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate assemble install and repair production sheet metal products and equipment such as control boxes drainpipes ventilators and furnace casings in accordance with blueprints drawings and specifications.
• Make sheet metal layouts set up and operate fabricating machinery shape metal over anvils blocks or forms operate welding and soldering equipment and inspect assemblies and installations for conformance to specifications.
• May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

• Have the ability to make sheet metal layouts set up and operate fabricating machinery shape metal over anvils blocks or forms
