SharePoint Technical and Data Management Support Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Primarily remote with occasional travel required (U.S. Coast Guard support)

Heartland Consulting is seeking a SharePoint Technical and Data Management Support Specialist to join our team supporting the U.S. Coast Guard. This full-time role is critical for maintaining optimizing and managing SharePoint environments that support complex federal acquisition and shipbuilding programs.

The ideal candidate is a skilled SharePoint professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at data management and can deliver high-quality solutions with quick turnaround times.

• Develop maintain and enhance SharePoint workflows dashboards sites and libraries to support document management approval processes and program metrics.
• Organize version-control and manage program documentation including MSAM deliverables memos schedules and other critical records.
• Mine data from multiple sources generate reports graphs and visualizations and respond to urgent data calls (often within 424 hours).
• Maintain financial trackers lessons-learned repositories configuration management databases and performance metric tools.
• Monitor site content for proper distribution markings manage permissions and forward documents as directed by the customer.

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on infrastructure and web-based development experience in a SharePoint environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel Word and Power BI.
• Demonstrated experience with performance metrics data analysis trending and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Active Secret clearance preferred (or ability to obtain one).

Were looking for a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working independently and as part of a larger support team. Prior experience supporting DoD or U.S. Coast Guard programs is a strong plus.
