This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS) a business group within HIIs Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems.

- Improve and reorganize SharePoint sites Teams channels and related structures to enhance usability organization and overall performance.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and apply SharePoint best practices to meet mission objectives.
- Configure and update SharePoint environments including structural adjustments and functional enhancements.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate information by managing data lists libraries and content across multiple SharePoint areas.
- Oversee content quality and consistency ensuring materials meet customer standards and comply with established guidelines.
- Build and refine document repositories pages and site layouts to support efficient information access and storage.
- Provide basic user support for navigating SharePoint and managing content.
- Apply appropriate metadata tagging and versioncontrol procedures to maintain organized and traceable documentation.
- Partner with team members to streamline content workflows and strengthen operational efficiency.
- Follow all required security protocols and procedures within the SCIF environment.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall mission and team objectives.
- LEVEL 2 - 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
- LEVEL 3 - 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Familiarity with SharePoint (Online or On-Prem) including basic content management tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Powerpoint).
- Must possess an active Secret clearance.
Basic understanding of content lifecycle management or knowledge management principles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
